MAAP4 Hot Leg and Lower Head Failure Benchmarking

The MAAP4 model can provide a good characterization of the material creep behavior exhibited in a large scale experiment performed using reactor grade steel and under thermal-hydraulic boundary conditions that are typical of severe accident sequences that would challenge steel integrity.
